Traffic Alert: Starting the week of 5/18/26, there will be water main replacement construction on Chicago Ave between Main St. and Kedzie St. Cars are not able to turn onto east onto Kedzie Street from Chicago Avenue. Consider using the side streets east of Chicago Avenue to pass through. Street parking is available on the streets just east of our clinic. Please plan accordingly as access through this area may be intermittently limited or blocked. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience!

Cancellation Policy Reminder: Missed appointments or cancellations without 24 hours prior notice will result in a $145 cancellation fee. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment so we can make that time available for another patient. For Monday appointments, please contact us no later than 3:00pm the Friday before to allow us time to contact others on the waitlist. We offer telehealth physical therapy appointments!
